A friend of Heritage Foraging specifically asked if I could make a charcoal exfoliating bar for them. I liked the idea so much that I decided to add it to our collection. This bar is scented with organic eucalyptus and tea tree oil. 
 
Coconut charcoal is used in cosmetics and soap because it contains the most micropores out of any other types of charcoal. It works like a magnet to attract toxins, drawing impurities like dirt and oil from the pores and said to tighten pores, smooth skin and reduce inflammation. 
 
Extra virgin olive oil has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anti-aging properties because it is packed with antioxidants and vitamins. It hydrates the skin by building the skin's moisture barrier to prevent loss of moisture.
 
This exfoliating bar is  made with all natural and organic ingredients and is great for hands, feet, elbows and anywhere dry skin is a problem.
